Office Hours
Monday:  7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Tuesday:  7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Wednesday:  9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Thursday:  9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Friday:  7:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. (non-clinic)

All office visits are made by appointment.

Appointments
All of our longer appointments, such as the initial placement of braces, are performed during the morning hours. The afternoon is reserved for shorter appointments, such as adjustments and retainer checks. This allows us to see the maximum number of patients during the after school hours. You will be seen promptly at your appointment time.

Insurance
We will be happy to submit all necessary insurance forms for you if your dental insurance policy includes orthodontic coverage. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexity of insurance contracts. We will accept assignment of benefits from most insurance companies.

FINANCIAL INFO

It is our mission to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We offer CareCredit as an outside financing source, as well as in-house financing - a 25% down payment with monthly payments spread out over the length of treatment. We also offer discounts for payment in full (5% for check), as well as a 5% discount for families.

Insurance
If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Remember that insurance policies vary, and we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims.
We are a preferred provider with Delta Dental, Metlife, and most other providers.

Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
